NOTICE

NOTICE is hereby given that the following items will be considered by the WASATCH COUNTY COUNCIL at a Public Hearing on July 17, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Wasatch County Council Chambers, located at 25 North Main Street, Heber City:

1. Jacob Ballstaedt, representing Garbett Homes, requests an amendment to the ERU number used in the Council action regarding Density Determination for The Pointe, a townhome project in the Jordanelle Specially Planned Area (JSPA). The original motion included a density determination of 123 ERUs for 160 townhome units. The request is to amend the motion to be 152 ERUs for 160 units so that the size of the townhomes can be increased above 1,500 square feet. No additional units are being requested and the request does not include any other changes to the Master Plan other than the unit size. (Austin Corry)

2. A proposed code text amendment to Wasatch County Code sections 16.04 Definitions, 16.08 Residential Agriculture Zone (RA-1), and 16.27 Development Standards primarily regarding cleanup of redundant language, reorganization for clarity, and some changes to align the code with the General Plan. Additional changes to various other chapters of Title 16 are included to remove references to a planned performance development section of the code which was previously removed. *This item will only be heard at this time if it is forwarded by the Planning Commission at the July 11th Planning Commission Public Hearing. Paramedic Rescue License Application

As required by Utah Code § 26-8a-406 et seq., notice is given that the Utah Department of Health, Bureau of Emergency Medical Services and Preparedness is commencing an informal adjudicative proceeding to determine whether to grant Wasatch County EMS with a new Paramedic Rescue license with an approved Staffing Wavier. Wasatch County EMS current licensed as an AEMT Ground Ambulance.

Wasatch County EMS proposes to provide Paramedic Rescue service in the following geographic area:

Beginning at intersection of the Wasatch/Salt Lake/Summit County line, southwest following the Wasatch/Salt Lake County line to the intersection of the Wasatch/Salt Lake/Utah County line, south then southeast to US Highway 6 at Soldier Summit. Southeast from Soldier Summit on US Highway 6 to the intersection of the Wasatch/Duchesne County line, north following the Wasatch/Duchesne County line to the intersection of the Wasatch/Duchesne/ Summit County line, west following the Wasatch/Summit County line to the point of beginning.

Notice is hereby given that the MIDWAY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION will hold their regular meeting on Tuesday July 9, 2019 at 6 p.m. in the Midway Community Center, located at 160 West Main Street, Midway, Utah, to consider the following items:

NOTICE

The Wasatch County Planning Department, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(l),] hereby gives notice of Wasatch County’s intent to revise the FEMA flood map flood hazard information contained on panel number 270E, generally located around Round Valley Lane. Specifically, the flood map and hazard information shall be revised along Main Creek from a point approximately 900 feet north of the culvert on Round Valley Lane fronting the Probst property (at approximately 700 South Round Valley Lane) to approximately 3300 feet south of the existing culvert in section 18 of township 5 South range 5 East.

As a result of the revision, the existing Zone A floodway of the Flood plain shall narrow and the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall be established, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall narrow within the area of revision and become a detailed Zone AE.

Maps and detailed analysis of the revision can be reviewed at the Wasatch County Planning Department located at 55 South 500 East, Heber City, Utah.
