PUBLIC NOTICE ORDINANCE ADOPTION

During the regular meeting of June 4, 2019, the Heber City Council adopted Ordinance No.s 2019-01, 2019-06, 2019-14 and 2019-17. Ordinance 2019-01 annexed 68.13 acres located at the Southeast corner of the intersection of Coyote Lane and Highway 40, known as the VXC Annexation and amended the General Plan Land Use Map. Voting Aye: Council Members Hardman, Smith and Bradshaw. Voting Nay: Council Members Crittenden and Franco. The motion passed. Ordinance 2019-06 amended the commercial storage shed requirements of the I-1 industrial zone. Voting Aye: Council Members Franco, Bradshaw, Smith and Hardman. Voting Nay: Council Member Crittenden. The motion passed. Ordinance 2019-14 to approve the Beehive annexation located at approximately 1460 South Industrial Parkway. Voting Aye: Council Members Smith, Bradshaw and Franco. Voting Nay: Council Members Crittenden and Hardman. The motion passed. Ordinance 2019-17 approved the vacation of 0.36 acres of open space from Red Ledges phase 2 subdivision located at approximately 750 North Pinto Knoll Circle. Voting Aye: Council Members Franco, Bradshaw, Smith, Hardman and Crittenden. The motion passed unanimously.

NOTICE

The Wasatch County Planning Department, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(l),] hereby gives notice of Wasatch County’s intent to revise the FEMA flood map flood hazard information contained on panel number 270E, generally located around Round Valley Lane. Specifically, the flood map and hazard information shall be revised along Main Creek from a point approximately 900 feet north of the culvert on Round Valley Lane fronting the Probst property (at approximately 700 South Round Valley Lane) to approximately 3300 feet south of the existing culvert in section 18 of township 5 South range 5 East.

As a result of the revision, the existing Zone A floodway of the Flood plain shall narrow and the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall be established, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall narrow within the area of revision and become a detailed Zone AE.

Maps and detailed analysis of the revision can be reviewed at the Wasatch County Planning Department located at 55 South 500 East, Heber City, Utah.
