NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED 2019 BUDGET

Heber Light & Power will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 17, 2018, at 6:00 pm at Heber Light & Power’s Business Office, 31 South 100 West, Heber City, Utah to take public comment on the Company’s proposed 2019 Capital and Operating Budget which includes $300,000 in distributions to the Company’s owner municipalities. The proposed budget is available for inspection at the Company’s Business Office during regular business hours, on the Company’s website at www.heberpower.com, and on the Utah Public Notice website at publicnotice.utah.gov.

HEBER CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Heber City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the Heber City Council Chambers located at 75 North Main Street to consider a request by VXC Trust for the Annexation of 67.95 acres known as the VXC Annexation. Said annexation extends from approximately 1500 North Highway 40 northward to 2000 North Highway 40, between Highway 40 eastward to the Cove at Valley Hills Subdivision at approximately 600 East.

Notice is hereby given that the MIDWAY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION will hold their regular meeting on Wednesday, December 11, 2018 at 7 p.m. in the Midway Community Center, located at 160 West Main Street, Midway, Utah, to consider the following items:

1. Steve Eddington, agent for Legacy Homestead LLC, is requesting Preliminary Approval for a large-scale 4-lot subdivision known as the Homestead Villas (Phase 1 of the Homestead Resort Master Plan) on 1.81 acres. Three lots are located at the intersection of Bayhill Drive and Fairway Drive and the final lot is located near the cul-de-sac on Mountain Springs Drive. The property is in the R-1-15 zone.

2. Midway City is proposing a Code Text Amendment of Midway City’s Land Use Code of Title 16.13.10 regarding restrictions for transmission lines. The City would like to adopt restrictions that would govern the height and other items for transmission lines built in the City.

The purpose of the public hearings is to hear comment from the public, discuss and possibly approve the proposed 2019 budgets and amendments from the 2018 budgets for the above-mentioned districts. WASATCH COUNTY EVENT CENTER CONCESSION BID PARAMETERS

Provide concessions for all events within Event Complex, declared by Wasatch County Parks and Recreation /or Event Center Director. (Events are subject to change. Wasatch County Parks and Recreation will not be accountable for change do to cancelation or addition of events)

Guidelines for pricing, and food quality agreed upon by both parties.

Manage and allow special interest groups to participate in fund raising events, paying them for their services.

Follow all guidelines and requirements set forth by County and state Health department codes and laws including food safety and restaurant manager’s certificate.

Clean and maintain facility to standards of Health department and Wasatch County Event Complex. Including all kitchen surfaces, cooking equipment, drink dispensers, freezers, coolers, and floors including condiment areas and kitchen.

Be responsible for all ordering of food, drink inventory, change and payroll for laborers used.

Provide full accounting for each day of use to Wasatch County Event Complex.

Payment for event to be received no later than seven days from event finish date, and shall be paid by check or money order. No cash will be accepted.

Wasatch County Event Complex requires at least 10% of all gross sales including outside Catering produced by equipment provided in Wasatch County Parks and Recreation facilities.

The 10% sum requirement, is a minimum amount. Bidder may boost percentages to make bid more attractive to Wasatch County Parks and Recreation. This payment covers rental of concessions area and all utilities. All contracts with food and beverage companies negotiated by Wasatch County Parks and Recreation, present and future contracts will be honored by Concessionaire.

WASATCH COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT

Notice of Budget Hearing

Public notice is hereby given that on December 11, 2018 at 6:00 pm, a public budget hearing for the Wasatch County Fire District will be held at the Wasatch County Administration Building, located at 25 N Main in Heber City, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to adopt the 2019 calendar year budget for the Fire District. A copy of the tentative budget will be available at the District Business Office located at the Jordanelle Fire Station, 10420 North Jordanelle Blvd., Heber City, Utah, and can be inspected during regular office hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The tentative budget is also available on the Fire District Web Site wasatchcountyfire.com. The District Board will also open the Wasatch County Fire District 2018 calendar year budget to allow for the adjustment of any additional revenue and expenses.
