A barn caught on fire last week, resulting in the loss of what is estimated to be more than $45,000 in hay. The fire started in a barn at Creamayre Brook Farms just north of Heber City, with about 150 ton of hay next to it. The structure was saved, however it will be checked for structural integrity. The hay, however, will be a total loss. Animals who were also in the barn and in the area were moved and were unhurt in the incident.
