The Heber City Police Department knew they wanted to answer the challenge of posting a lip sinc video - similar to other departments on the internet. However, according to Detective Tammy Thacker, “If we’re going to do one, we want it to mean something and have a positive outcome.” They decided to do one, and issue a challenge to the community to help them fill the shelves of the local food bank. Hundred of pounds of food has been donated and the police are finishing up with their video editing. Please keep an eye out for their new video. In the photos, the final scenes are shot with the students of Wasatch High School where the officers brought donuts to the kids last week.
