PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING

In accordance with Section 10-6-127 of the Utah Code, notice is hereby given that the Heber City Council will hold a Public Hearing on May 17, 2018. The purpose of the Hearing is to increase the total appropriations in the Capital Projects Fund and to change a proposed transfer of funds to the Debt Service Fund from the General Fund to the Capital Projects Fund in the 2017-2018 fiscal year budget. The meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. at the Heber City Municipal Building located at 75 North Main Street. Any questions citizens may have regarding this hearing may be directed to the City Manager at 435-657-7885.

Notice is hereby given that Deer Creek Island Resort, LLC (Deer Creek), as bareboat charterer of the vessel Cobalt 226; Year 2001; Hull ID # FGE62493C101; Bow ID # UT251GAC (Vessel), has filed a Complaint in the United States District Court, District of Utah, on March 14, 2018, pursuant to 46 U.S.C. § 30501, et seq., claiming the right to exoneration from or limitation of liability for all claims arising out of an incident that occurred on the Deer Creek Reservoir, Utah, on or about July 14, 2017, whereby personal injuries are alleged to have been sustained by certain claimants.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all persons having any claims against Deer Creek relating to the said incident must file their said claim(s), under oath and in writing, with the Clerk of Court, United States District Court, District of Utah, located at 351 S.
