• Locate approximately 16,500 feet of Class 50 Ductile Iron Pipe. It is anticipated that 24 potholes may be needed. Each pothole will require a survey marker installed and surveyed indicating the location of the survey pin and the depth to the located utility. The pothole locations should be frequent enough to accurately locate the underground pressurized sewer line for future Blue Staking.

Paul Linford, representative for North Village Properties LLC, is requesting preliminary plat approval of a large scale subdivision known as North Village Views (formerly North Village Green and The Views at North Village). The applicant is proposing 257 ERUs on approximately 38 acres. The proposal consists of a mix of townhome, condo, apartment and detached single family lots. building has been delivered to the job site.

18.NO asphalt paving is included in this project.

19.All Concrete footings, foundations, stemwalls, flatwork, and valley gutter work is

included in this project.

20.All Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing work is included in this project.

21.The Owner will provide and install the Wash Bay elevated catwalks, welders(240V-1

Phase 60A trip), power-washer(8.2hp, 240V-1 Phase 36A). GC shall provide electrical receptacles, plumbing shutoffs as required.
