CONTRACTORS

Notice is hereby given that Wasatch County School District, 101 East 200 North, Heber City, Utah 84032, (435) 654-0280, fax (435) 654-4714, is accepting Bids for the following project:

Rocky Mountain Middle School Storefront Doors 2018

Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. To obtain documents or ask questions during the bidding phase, email purchasing@wasatch.edu

The scope of work is provided in the Specifications. Bids are due no later than 2:00 p.m., April 12, 2018, at the Wasatch County School District Office. By submitting a bid on this project, each offeror certifies that they are in compliance with all current laws and government regulations and are using the electronic verification system (e-verify) to confirm the work eligibility status of all workers hired on or after July 1, 2009. A 5% bid bond is required with each bid. The successful contractor will be required to submit a 100% payment and performance bond before work begins.

The Board of Education of Wasatch School District reserves the right to accept or to reject any or all proposals, or waive any informality in a proposal.

REQUEST FOR BIDS

SEALED BIDS for the Construction of the 2018 Probst Way Road & Utility will be received by Midway City at 100 West 75 North, Midway, Utah until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 4, 2018 and then publicly opened and read aloud. Recommendation for award will be presented to the Midway City Council at the next scheduled meeting.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

• Approximately 10,350 square feet of pulverizing, re-grading and asphalt paving.

• Replace approximately 155 lineal feet of 8” water line. Replace water and irrigation service connections, and install fire hydrant.

2. Cashier or Certified check or bid bond made payable to Midway City Corporation in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Bid bonds must be underwritten by a Surety Company approved by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. (Circular 570, latest edition).

DOCUMENT 00210 REQUIRED 24 HRS AFTER BID OPENING.

If all required documents are not provided, the bid may be disqualified.

Midway City Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or any part of any proposal, including the right to waive any informality in any part of any proposal within the best interest of Midway City.
