According to the Tour of Utah website:

Nearly a decade since its opening circuit, the Tour of Utah, today, stands shoulder to shoulder with the most prestigious professional bicycle stage race events as our answer to the greatest cycling challenges the world has to offer.”
The overall winner was Robert Britton of Rally Cycling. He won stages 3, 5, 6 and 7.
Stage 1: Logan at 132 miles. Stage 2: Brigham City at 94 miles. Stage 3 Big Cottonwood Canyon at 5 miles. Stage 4: South Jordan at 123 miles. Stage 5: Layton to Bountiful at 115 miles. Stage 6 Heber Valley to Snowbird at 61 miles. Stage 7 Salt Lake City at 73 miles.
