HEBER CITY CORPORTION REQUEST FOR BIDS

Heber City Corporation is accepting bids for 50’ x 50’ box hangar, airport sites 2B, 3B and 4B, with basic utilities located adjacent to the Run-Up Area of Runway 22, Heber City, Utah. Bidders package Exhibit “A”, Record of Survey indicates location of hangar sites.

Bid Procedures:

Heber City will accept individual bids on all three hangars;

Bidders for more than one hangar shall prioritize their selection since they will only be awarded one hangar;

The highest dollar bid for each hangar will be selected (only one hangar per individual or corporation, etc.).

ORDINANCE ADOPTION

During the regular meeting of March 2, 2017, the Heber City Council adopted Ordinance 2017-8. Ordinance 2017-8 an Ordinance 2017-8 An Ordinance Amending the Heber City Zoning of the Tingey and Glass Properties Located Between 600 East and 1200 East and Between 1200 South and 2000 12000. Voting Aye: Council Members Bradshaw, Potter, and Smith. Abstaining from the Vote: Council Members Franco and Crittenden. The motion passed with three votes in favor.

Midway City is proposing a Code Text Amendment to add the regulations for the proposed C-4 zone (initially proposed as the Tourism Overlay Zone). The purpose of this zone is to create a community gathering area that is focused on tourism and retail. This zone will be walkable and is envisioned to have a central plaza with surrounding commercial and arts related businesses along with residential. The overlay zone would cover the general area from 400 East to 700 East along Main Street focused mostly on the north side of the street.
