The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, without warranty as to title, possession, liens, encumbrances or condition, payable in lawful money of the United States, at the main entrance of the Fourth Judicial District Court, 1361 S Hwy 40 #110, Heber, Utah, on Tuesday, November 14, 2017, at 3:00 p.m., for the purpose of foreclosing a Deed of Trust dated August 5, 2014, recorded on August 27, 2014, as Entry No. 403951, executed by DENNIS STONG, as Trustor, in favor of ZIONS FIRST NATIONAL BANK, a national association, as Beneficiary, covering real property located in Wasatch County, State of Utah, and more particularly described as follows:

RESULTS

The Midway City Council canvassed the returns for the 2017 Municipal Primary Election. The Council declared Colleen Bonner and Celeste T. Johnson the winners and approved the following results:

Precincts Reporting: 100%; Registered Voters: 3,070; Ballots Cast: 1,407; Voter Participation: 45.8%; Votes Cast: 1,404; all eligible absentee and provisional ballots were counted.

Mayor: Colleen Bonner, 655 votes, 46.65%; Celeste T. Johnson, 652 votes, 46.44%; and Pat Vaughn, 97 votes, 6.91%.

The Daniel Town Council has passed Resolution 2017-09-11A as authorized by UCA 20A-1-206 to cancel the municipal election that was to be held on November 7, 2017. MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the MIDWAY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a meeting on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at 7 p.m. in the Midway Community Center, located at 160 West Main Street, Midway, Utah, to consider the following items:

Jerry Zenger is applying for a Conditional Use Permit for an alcohol dispensing establishment. The restaurant will be located at 192 West 100 North. The property is 0.27 acres in size and is located the C-3 zone.

Heber Valley Hospital, formerly known as Heber Valley Medical Center or as Wasatch County Hospital will be destroying medical records with service dates prior to 2007. According to Utah law, all medical records previous to the year listed above may be destroyed except those records of patients less than 22 years of age at the time of destruction.
