NOTICE is hereby given that the WASATCH COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT will hold a Public Hearing on June 21, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the Wasatch County Council Chambers, located at 25 North Main Street, in Heber City, to hear the following:

Berg Engineering, representative for Probst North Fields LLC., is requesting a variance to Title 16 of the Wasatch County Land Use Code specifically regarding 16.27.29 E regulating cul-de-sac lengths. MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the MIDWAY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION will hold their regular meeting on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at 7 p.m. in the Midway Community Center, located at 160 West Main Street, Midway, Utah, to consider the following items:

1. Epic Engineering, agent for Michael LaBarge, is requesting approval of a large-scale subdivision. The proposal is for a three-lot subdivision that is 4.2 acres in size. The property is located at 922 North Pine Canyon Road and is partially in the R-1-15 zone and partially in the R-1-22 zone.

2. Berg Engineering, agent for Clint Kelson, is requesting a Plat Amendment. The proposal is to change the common area on the recorded plat to open space as recommended by the County Assessor’s Office. Split Lot 1 into Lots 1A and 1B to allow the barn and corrals to be separated from the home and be on its own agricultural parcel that does not have any residential building rights. The proposal is located at 943 West Alpine Road and is in the R-1-22 zone.

Notice is hereby given that the Daniel Town Planning Commission and Town Council will be holding a public hearing at approximately 7:00PM on Wednesday, June 20, 2018, to review a proposal to rezone approximately 3.85 acres from RA-5 zone to the commercial (c) zone. (Please see the attached map). The rezoning request is being made by Robert Armstrong and Shirley Rae Webb Huntsman, who are the owners of the property.

The above meeting will be held at the Wasatch County Services Building, located at 55 South 500 East, Room 126, Heber City, Utah, as part of the monthly Planning meeting. It is an open meeting in which you will have the opportunity to voice concerns or ask questions about the proposal. Public Notice, is hereby given that the regular primary election will be held on June 26, 2018. The following is information concerning the upcoming election.

1. The list of candidates for federal, single-county, and multi-county office whose names must appear on the June 26, 2018 primary ballot;
