Notice is hereby given that the MIDWAY CITY Board of Adjustment will hold a meeting on Tuesday May 14, 2019 at 7 p.m. in the Midway Community Center, located at 160 West Main Street, Midway, Utah, to consider the following items:

1. Stephen Quesenberry, agent for Jeannette S. Higginson Trust and T & M Holdings LLC, is requesting a variance from Section 16.18.14 (C) regarding private driveways. City code allows five homes to be accessed from one driveway in a rural preservation subdivision, the applicant is petitioning for access to nine homes on one driveway. The property is located at 1170 South Center Street and is in the RA-1-43 zone.

the Wasatch County Services Building, Conference Room B, located at 55 South 500 East, Heber City, Utah, to receive public input on the adoption of budgets for the General Fund, Water Enterprise Fund, and Storm Haven Water fund for the 2019-2020 fiscal Year and amendment of the current fiscal year 2018-2019 Budgets. The project consists of approximately 4,880 Cu Yds of Roadway Excavation, Pulverizing Existing HMA, 3,565 Tons of Hot Mix Asphalt and miscellaneous drainage improvements.

The entire project is to be completed by October 15, 2019.
