Wasatch High’s McKardy Kelly won the Utah High School State Finals queen contest this past weekend. McKardy is the first freshman to represent Utah at the National Finals since 1993 - a time span of 25 years. McKardy is a 4.0 honor student at WHS. She is the daughter of Jason and Misty Kelly from Midway. She will represent Utah and compete against girls from every state in the United States and four Canadian Provinces July 13-21st in Rock Springs, Wyoming.
