Dining with Diabetes classes beginning January 17 at 10:00 am at Wasatch County Community Services Building. Come learn about healthy diabetic recipes that taste good, see recipe demonstrations, sample the food and learn about nutrition. Classes are once a month for 4 months, people with diabetes and family members are welcome. Please call Wasatch County Health Department to register (435) 657-3312
